by family members and significant others where such visits
are considered therapeutically advisable.
Visitation needs vary among clients because of
differences in age, treatment interventions applied, alleged
crimes and security needs.

Visitation
on the Child and Adolescent Unit is restricted to
those authorized
by the parents or guardians.
If families cannot come during regular visiting
hours, special arrangements may be made by
notifying the social worker in
advance. |

Discretion and judgment may be made in allowing
visitation in addition to the
above hours for family
or others traveling long distances.
