Georgia Regional
Hospital at Savannah is seeking
hourly/part-time Health Care Workers to serve the
hospital.
Job Summary:
Perform assigned direct care activities, basic nursing
procedures and training for consumers in an inpatient
hospital unit. Implement assigned parts of the
individualized treatment plans. Assists consumers in
learning daily living skills, participates in recreational
and social activities and accompanies consumers to
appointments and activities.
Minimum
Qualifications: Any
combination of training and experience that would have
enabled the applicant to acquire the necessary knowledge,
skills, and abilities. High School Diploma or GED
required. Must possess a valid driver’s license..
Preferred
Qualifications: Work
experience in direct care in a health care facility.
Experience working with mental health and/or
mentally retarded consumers.
